The "Client" File:

Allows you to track your entire relationship with customers. As well for the Administrative and Accounting part, as the commercial management, the estimates, the projects and the invoices. At any time you know where you are with this customer, the books he saw, the artists he is interested in, the projects, quotes, invoices, sales statistics, results with the news letter; all of this perfectly respecting the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms as well as the recommendations of the Syndicat de la Vente par Correspondance (French Mail Order Industry Association) on dematerialized relations.

The Lists; example Customer List:

All tables (Customers, Press, Artists, Suppliers, Projects, Quotes, Invoices etc.) have many lists to display the results of your queries. Lists can be sorted, summarized, etc. Also, every information will be available easily. No more forgetting!

The "Artist" File:

Allows you to manage your professional relationship with the Artist. As for the customers, there is the Administrative and Accounting part, but also the commercial follow-up, the management of the books, the relational links between the customers on the one hand, and the artists on the other hand. Not to mention Orders, Projects and Invoices. At any time you know where you stand with this artist thanks to the Profit and Loss Statement.

The "Supplier" File:

Allows you to manage your relationships with Suppliers. As for the customers, there is the management part of the Supplier Contacts and the strictly accounting part. Beyond the simple management of customer relations (CRM), Gestion d’Artistes is a complete turnkey tool that allows you to manage your entire company!

Setting up the "Quotes":

You can set up your Quotes according to the Agency’s graphic charter and incorporate your General Sales Conditions (GSC).

The "Invoice" Parameterization:

You can set up your Invoices according to the Agency’s graphic charter and incorporate fixed data according to the type of invoice. The different VAT rates can also be configured to ensure proper operation regardless of the current tax system.

The Projects:

You can manage and track your open projects for a Prospect or Client in which you will assign multiple contacts in addition to the Project Manager, multiple Artists, multiple proposals etc. You will be able to follow your project more closely and see the success and transformation statistics.
